What is your shipping method and policy?

We primarily use USPS Priority Airmail for domestic shipping, and depending on the size of the order, for international orders we use either USPS or UPS. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do. US Customers get Free Shipping on orders $60 or more and International Customers get Free Shipping on orders $250 USD or more.

What if I don't qualify for free shipping?

US Orders that don't qualify will be charged $10 for USPS Priority Air Mail and International Orders will be charged $45 for Priority Air Mail International shipping.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries around the world.

What types of payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through PayPal.

Are my payments through PayPal safe and secure?

I don't have a PayPal account, how can I use my credit card without creating an account?

Here's how . . .   Using the guest checkout option with PayPal:

  • Once you click on the "Proceed to PayPal" button on the Checkout page, you will be redirected to the PayPal purchase window.
  • The buyer's checkout view on PayPal depends on their web browser's cookies:
  • If a PayPal cookie has been created: When the buyer lands on a PayPal page, they'll see the PayPal Login but still have the option to select "Guest Checkout" or "Don't have a PayPal Account?" on the bottom of the PayPal window.
  • If a PayPal cookie hasn't been defined: The buyer sees a default view of Guest Checkout allowing for debit or credit payment.
  • When checking out, use either "Guest Checkout" or "Don't have a PayPal Account?" to use your credit card.

Also . . .  About guest checkout:

  • Buyers don't always have the option to complete their purchases without using or creating a PayPal account. This option is presented based on several risk factors, including but not limited to the buyer's PayPal purchase history, PayPal cookies stored on the buyer's computer, the buyer's location, or a credit assessment.

Why does PayPal keep rejecting my credit/debit card?

If your credit/debit card is being rejected by PayPal with the message "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number." it might be due to one of the following reasons: 

  • Your card is associated with a specific PayPal account, and you're not logging in with that particular account.
  • Your card was associated with a PayPal account that has since been closed.
  • You've linked the card to a PayPal account, but have not yet confirmed it.
  • You've exceeded your card limit with the PayPal system.
  • Your email address is raising a red flag in PayPal's system.
  • Your browser is not accepting cookies. You should clear any existing cookies and try again.

Can I return my purchase for a refund?

How long will PayPal take to process my refund?

Refund timing can be affected by processes internal and external to PayPal's systems.

Once your refund is authorized, you should see it returned to your debit/credit card within 3 - 5 working days, however your card provider's systems may delay the refund for an additional 5 working days.

Do you have a store on Kauai?

On Oct 1, 2001, Linda and I opened the doors to Life’s Treasures Kauai. More than 20 years later, those who were there and experienced the unique metaphysical environment fondly remember that magical place. Linda and I were both born and raised on Kauai and lived there for over 50 years.

Though our physical store is now but a memory, we still carry on our service through the internet. Where once we could only reach those who came to Kauai, we now help friends and customers from around the world.
